The other winning tickets were sold at Countdown Manurewa in Auckland and Countdown Dunedin South in Dunedin. The Hastings pharmacy has ended winter early for a lucky punter, sharing a $1 million prize with two other winning tickets purchased in Auckland and Dunedin for $333,333 each. The winning ticket was sold at Woodward Dairy in Auckland. Powerball was not struck on Saturday and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $6 million.
