Every Monday at Pāpāmoa's iconic Bluebiyou restaurant, a team of locals comes together for a "pay-as-you-feel" dining experience like no other. The Everybody Eats initiative began in Auckland. "We only have half an hour to an hour to come up with the meals," Everybody Eats Pāpāmoa resident chef Brett Lesniak said. I'd already worked with Everybody Eats so the idea was already there," he said. "A lot of these people, some of them wouldn't have a meal without Everybody Eats tonight," Lesniak said.
