Legislators talk revisions to anti-corruption, sports lawsDraft amendments to the Anti-Corruption Law and the Law on Physical Training and Sports are being discussed by the National Assembly (NA) on May 31, part of the ongoing fifth session of the 14th-tenure parliament. The draft amended Anti-Corruption Law is said to have absorbed opinions raised by deputies at the NA’s fourth session in late 2017. In the afternoon, deputies will work in groups to scrutinise the draft amended Anti-Corruption Law. Chairman of the NA Committee on Culture, Education, Youth Phan Thanh Binh delivered a report assessing the draft law. The revised draft law on corruption control will be the topic of group discussion in the afternoon.
