The retiring All Blacks captain will appear at an event to release Kieran Read Straight 8 The Autobiography at Canterbury University’s new UCSA building. And on the same night, Kieran Read Straight 8 by Scotty Stevenson will also be launched. The two-time RWC winner will call time on his All Blacks career after the match. His autobiography features an open and honest account of his rugby career, including insights into the unique pressure around taking over as All Blacks captain from the now-retired Richie McCaw.
