An MCA has said Laikipia has the potential to become a leading industrial county in East Africa. Mukogodo West MCA Paul Lebeneyo yesterday said this can be achieved by harmonisising trade policies and giving investment incentives. He also urged the county to exploit its tourism potential. Lebeneyo said the EAC has a legal and binding commitment to stronger integration.
