President Uhuru Kenyatta has met with leaders from Narok and Laikipia counties, led by former Cabinet minister William ole Ntimama and Emurua Dikirr MP Johanna Ng’eno. Uhuru addressed leaders of affiliate political parties at State House with DP William Ruto and they agreed to join the Jubilee Party. The leaders had a consultative meeting with the Head of State after a press briefing. This is after the merger of constituent parties affiliated to Jubilee after a national delegates conference on September 8. The meeting occurred only hours after the President announced that the Jubilee Party would be launched on September 9 and 10.
