Compounding the ugliness of just such an incident Saturday was that the player in question, LSU offensive lineman Josh Boutte, is much larger than Wisconsin safety D’Cota Dixon, who got knocked to the turf by a vicious cheap shot. Neither penalty mattered much at that point, with Wisconsin simply needing to run out the clock, but the LSU lineman could face further punishment.
