TORONTO — Struggling through their worst losing skid in years, the Toronto Raptors got a nice little gift from the schedule-maker on Friday night. Now, any NBA team can win on any given night (except maybe the Brooklyn Nets) and the Milwaukee Bucks have one of the brightest talents in the sport in Giannis Antetokounmpo. Toronto had won 12 of its last 13 meetings with Milwaukee, including six straight, while the Bucks came in reeling, with losses in 6-of-7 heading into the game. Sure enough, Kyle Lowry went off, the Raptors built a lead that grew as large as 19 points and ended a five-game losing streak with a much-needed 102-86 win. “I really liked the way we played, even though we didn’t win, against San Antonio, and it’s a win or lose league.
