Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria needs to undergo psychiatric tests and be arrested, Nyamira Senator Kennedy Mong’are has said. “Moses Kuria is a disgrace not only to Parliament, but also to the people of Gatundu South who elected him. He should undergo free psychiatric care and be detained,” Mong’are told the Star on the phone yesterday. He said Kuria’s continued hate speech is a concern. Mong’are termed the National Cohesion and Integration Commission “incompetent and a waste of public funds” for failing to recommend Kuria’s arrest for incitement.
