more-inShyamala, wife of Kolar MLA Varthur Prakash, died of illness at a private hospital in Bengaluru on Wednesday morning. The 42-year-old, who was suffering from dengue, was admitted to M.S.Ramiah Hospital in Bengaluru a week ago. She was also said to be suffering from a kidney ailment. She is survived by Mr. Prakash and their three sons.
