LAHORE: Punjab Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Minister, Khawaja Salman Rafique and Secretary Najam Ahmed Shah have congratulated the administration of Services Hospital and police officers on the recovery of the newly born baby of Mrs Nighat Nadeem who was kidnapped from the hospital on December 8. Secretary Health Najam Ahmed Shah said that there is a dire and urgent need for strengthening the security system of hospitals. He said that the doctors and other staff should display their badges for identification and the security staff should also keep a vigilant eye on the people coming to the health facilities. He was of the view that the recovery of the baby is a success of the security system placed in the hospital. He also appreciated the efforts and congratulated the joint team of the hospital administration and police officers for their successful efforts.
