The Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) wants trade in ivory and line products banned internationally. Mbathi was speaking at KWS Training Institute in Naivasha during a graduation of students on Friday. The agency boss asked Kenyans to respect land meant for wildlife protection since it is one of the country's leading heritage. Mbathi said that it was painstaking that investors were keen on real estate at the expense of wildlife land. He at the same time expressed concern over the diminishing land meant for wildlife noting that this had affected conservation efforts.
