The two statements are diverse one states the expression and the other action which positions women as highfliers in everything they do. In the coming general elections let us entrust and support women vying for big post like senatorial, or even presidential. The government and institutions that upholds gender issues should come on bond and create awareness on the rights of women. The antiquity that relegated women from vying for the top seat/position should be dealt with. It is regrettable to note that women in our country continue to suffer economically, socially and politically as a result of gender inequality.
