Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has hit out at claims from Jose Enrique that Fenway Sports Group are to blame for his decision to leave the club at the end of the season. Throughout Klopp’s announcement and follow-up interviews, he has insisted that he is telling Liverpool supporters ‘the truth’ because that is what they deserve after so long working together. However, former left-back Enrique, who spent one season working under Klopp, came to a conclusion of his own. He told Sky Sports: “I think something happened. I think he has got tired of it, to keep fighting every single year to sign the players that he deserves.”
