The gunge tanks are back in Burnham this year as The Lighthouse Christian holiday camp for kids makes its return. “Lighthouse is a Christian holiday week for anybody of any faith or no faith. “During the week the children learn about God and do crafts, sport and drama and generally have a lot of fun. It’s all good fun.”Lighthouse is operated by seven Burnham churches working together and relies on volunteers to make it happen. “The volunteers enjoy it as much as the children do.”Volunteer registration opens in February and participant registration opens in May.
