The Jubilee government will appeal against the High Court’s ruling that allows Cord to hold anti-IEBC protests, TNA secretary general Onyango Oloo has said. Speaking on Saturday, he said although the constitution allows peaceful demonstrations, “Cord has orchestrated acts of illegality during their protests.”
