Unsuccessful candidates of 6th civil service preliminary test protest outside the Circular Road office of JPSC in Ranchi on Monday. But, unsuccessful students have alleged "anomalies on many levels". Some like Sitaram alleged that the JPSC "deliberately raised the bar for reserved category students compared to general category counterparts". If a student belonging to a reserved category declines to avail its benefits during mains, s/he will be treated as general category students. But, explanations have not satisfied unsuccessful students, who feel JPSC has fudged results to accommodate their candidates.
