Anan Chaiwong, 43, a security guard at the housing estate, told police he had never seen the man before. While patrolling the housing estate, he heard a thud behind the new building, which was not yet open for service. The body of an Iranian man, aged 55, is found lying dead on the floor near a new building in Pattaya, Chon Buri.
