I didn’t know what I was going to do in my life, but this was the one thing I was certain about. We have a river near our village on the other side of which is Manoj Bajpayee’s village, Champaran. I have a friend, Bhanu Uday, who would call me every day and ask me to come to Mumbai. For me, it’s important to sleep for eight hours than be a star. I am not telling you this to gain sympathy, because there has never been a day when we didn’t have dinner.
