Indonesian national stabs businessman to death after being shouted at

LIMBANG: Angry about being shouted at after his request for travel fare was turned down, an Indonesian national stabbed a businessman to death. Limbang district police chief superintendent Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad said the victim, identified as Ting Kok Khoi, 62, died on the spot. In the 7am incident, the suspect was said to have approached the victim and asked for money to travel to Limbang town. This infuriated the Indonesian national in his 30s, who stabbed the victim multiple times with a vegetable knife. “The victim collapsed and was found lying in a pool of blood next to his four-wheel drive (4WD),” he said.
