SIBU: An Indonesian bomoh has been charged at the Sessions Court here with raping and having a sexual connection by object on a woman who sought treatment from him for stomach pain. The accused, Marhaji Madjiri, 29, pleaded not guilty to the charges read out to him on Wednesday. The bomoh then asked the victim to go into the bathroom to take a bath. It was in the bathroom that the bomoh allegedly raped her. At the magistrate's court earlier, the accused faced another charge under Section 377D of the same Code for committing gross indecency on the victim.
