JAKARTA (Oct 27): Indonesia will issue 20–25% of bonds totalling 596.8 trillion rupiah (US$45.81 billion) next year in foreign currencies, a senior finance ministry official said on Thursday. The foreign-denominated bonds will be in US dollar, euro and yen, Robert Pakpahan, director-general of financing and risk management, told reporters. "Hopefully with this, we can reduce the composition of foreign-denominated debt which is currently above 40%," Pakpahan said. (US$1 = 13,029.00 rupiah)
