In 2025, Indian travelers are opting for longer, immersive stays in 2-3 European countries, favoring "slow travel" over rushed, multi-country itineraries. They are choosing to spend more time and cover less countries, according to the Thrillophilia Europe Travel Index 2025. According to the index, Europe has seen a 27 percent growth in multi-day trips in 2025. The reason behind this growth was travellers choosing to cover fewer countries with longer stays rather than multiple country trips. The Thrillophilia Europe Travel Index 2025 is based on data collected from confirmed multi-day leisure trips that were planned, booked and completed during 2024 and 2025.
