Police are urging people to report suspicious behaviour after two accounts of a man acting indecently on Dunedin beaches this week. A police spokeswoman said reports had been received of a man acting indecently in the St Kilda Beach sand dunes on Tuesday about 4pm. Police were unable to locate any man after reports were made. A man who saw the offender at St Kilda beach said he was middle-aged, with a stocky build. I yelled out to him and tried to chase him but he got on a mountain bike and got away.
