Share TweetBy Charissa Luci-AtienzaThe House committee on women and gender equality has approved a bill seeking the creation of a National Women’s Museum. “A National Filipino Women’s Museum is needed to commemorate Filipino women’s heroism and martyrdom and profile the specific achievements that women–individually and collectively–have made in all aspects of Philippine society,” she said. HB 372 provides the creation of the National Women’s Museum. The NCCA is set to formulate the implementing rules and regulations of the proposed National Filipino Women’s Museum.
