HB 8759 proposes that the 13th month pension shall be paid out to the pensioner on or before May 31 of each year. The 14th month benefit shall be disbursed on or before November 30 of each year in time for the traditional Christmas celebration, according to the bill. HB 8759 provides that the state insurance fund will finance the proposed 14th month pension.
