Life to the Max manager Samantha Coromandel and Horowhenua Learning Centre chief executive Patrick Rennell have been working together since their services combined. Horowhenua Learning Centre and Life to the Max have come together under one governance board and chief executive since the start of the year. Horowhenua Learning Centre works with people from the age of 15 to get them into employment and education. Horowhenua Learning Centre chief executive Patrick Rennell said Horowhenua had one of the highest rates of youth out of employment or education in the country. Life to the Max manager Samantha Coromandel said having the financial stability provided by the Horowhenua Learning Centre made it easier for her team to do their jobs.
