more-inHome Minister Naini Narsimha Reddy on Thursday said policing and law and order in Telangana in general and the State capital in particular had come in for appreciation from Union Minister Rajnath Singh. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, he said, was keen on ensuring that there was no compromise on any count when it came to maintaining peace in the State. He was speaking after inaugurating a new corporate-style building to house the Gachi Bowli Police Station, Women PS, SHE TEAMs, IT Corridor and offices of the Deputy Commissioner P. Vishwa Prasad, Additional DCP Saleema and Assistant Commissioner M. Ramana Kumar. Among those present included Transport Minister Dr. P. Mahender Reddy, Member of Parliament K. Visveswara Reddy, MLC S. Raju and MLA-Serilingampally A. Gandhi. Assistant Commissioner-Special Branch, Ravinder Reddy and Inspector-Gachi Bowli, S. Chandrakanth said the building comprised a total built-up area of 27,000 square feet.
