ZAMBOANGA CITY –– Authorities are trying to establish the identity of a headless man discovered in the shores of Tawi-Tawi on April 24. ADVERTISEMENTHe was recovered lying in a rock on the shore of Kinapusan Island in Barangay Nusa-Nusa of South Ubian town, together with his sea craft. Sobejana said a resident discovered the body and immediately reported it to the 36th Marine Company stationed in the area. The boat was brought to the South Ubian municipal hall, Rojas added. The rowboat recovered in Tawi-Tawi is reportedly the same one posted in the Marshall Islands journal on December 6, 2019.
