High Council of State (HCS) Head, Khaled al-Mishri, received Saturday in Tripoli, French ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Maharaj. They discussed many current political issues in the country, especially the recent meetings on the consensual constitutional basis with the House of Representatives (HoR), according to HCS media office.
