"The Spiderman image is quite well known, particularly to children, so, it should be encouraged,” said Vo Kim Hung from HCM City’s District 5. However, according to authorities of Ben Nghe Ward, business activities are banned on Nguyen Hue Street. Earlier this year, a man was also fined because for wearing a Spiderman costume for the same purpose on Nguyen Hue Street.
