A grandmother who waited four months for a GP appointment and spent hours on hold arrived to find the surgery looking like a 'ghost town' with the waiting rooms empty, it has been claimed. Ms Williams also claims she tried to get an appointment for a relative at a partner surgery, Glenlyn Medical Centre in East Molesey. Criticising both surgeries, Ms Williams (pictured) said: 'Quite honestly I despair of our entire NHS. Ms Williams claims she had been trying from the end of April to get an appointment for a relative. Ms Williams said: 'You call [back] at 8.30am and it's engaged.
