The Hong Kong Professional Teachers' Union wrote on their Facebook that they have been notified by the Link Real Estate Investment Trust that the Lands Department had requested them to vacate their Tseung Kwan O center and hand over the keys. The union said the department had given them three months’ time to move out from the center. “The PTU Tseung Kwan O Center has been running for eight years, with its lease ending in March of the year 2022. It is unusual for the Land Department to recover the unit all of a sudden,” the union wrote. The PTU Tseung Kwan O Center has been running since 2012, providing teachers, retired members and individuals living in the area with all sorts of professional training, courses and recreational activities.
