The Government has a responsibility to give children with special needs an opportunity to achieve their life goals. Ruto said children with disabilities deserve to learn, play and interact with their peers. Present were MPs Francis Mwangangi (Yatta),VincentMusyoka(Mwala),Victor Munyaka(Machakos Town), Benson Itwiku(Masinga) Esther Gathogo(Ruiru), Elisha Busienei(Turbo) and former MP Kalembe Ndile. Ruto was speaking at St Mary’s Rehabilitation Centre, Mbiuni in Mwala Constituency, Machakos County. “They are a priority and we are thinking critically on interventions to enable them reach their potential,” Ruto said.
