According to Mr Tobiko, the comprehensive judgement will contain details of irregularities and illegalities found to have been committed by the electoral body. The Kura Yangu Sauti Yangu Initiative had in August pointed out that the presidential election results revealed major inconsistencies between figures that appeared on the IEBC website and those announced by IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati. Opposition leader Raila Odinga had last week vowed that he would not participate in the October 17 repeat presidential election unless IEBC CEO, Ezra Chiloba, was sacked and prosecuted. The National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate reiterated that he would boycott the poll if drastic changes were not effected in the electoral body.
