The Deputy PM appreciated Japan’s support for socio-economic development and competitiveness improvement of Vietnam through official development assistance (ODA) and fruitful investment projects. The Vietnamese official noted the cooperation between the Vietnam-Japan Parliamentary Friendship Group and the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance has been developing fruitfully. In Vietnam, President Ho Chi Minh also employed and developed Marxism-Leninism in a creative manner to suit Vietnam’s situation.
