Its representative, Syazmin Asyraff, said during the Merdeka week, they spotted an uncovered manhole in Jalan Ampang and had marked it with paint. “At night, it is difficult for motorcyclists to see exposed or damaged manholes, as well as potholes. “We bought a packet of tar at RM35 and marked the exposed manhole. “Upon receiving a report on the manhole, we forwarded the information to the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
