more-inJesus Christ died for the sins and follies of the world and there is no better example of God’s unconditional love. The crucifixion is a reminder of God’s love and it is a clear indication that there is no qualification in that. In this Good Friday week, the Cross reminds us of the greatest sacrifice; the word ‘sacrifice’ becomes complete only if there is love. The Cross lays two paths before us: that of unconditional love and that of transformation that leads to new life. It is a path of unconditional love because the saviour gave his life as a ransom for our sins.
