more-inThe police team investigating the murder of former radio jockey Rajesh at Madavoor in the district on Thursday took into custody three persons from Kollam. While the police are yet to divulge the identity of those in custody, sources said that they might not be directly involved in the murder and used to operate a car rental firm. Efforts were on by the Cyber Cell to obtain the call records of Rajesh, who used to have multiple SIM cards. Rajesh, who used to work in a radio station in the city, had gone to Qatar to work at a radio station in Doha until a few months ago. After returning to his native place, he became part of a mimicry and folk arts group, and also used to run his own recording studio where he came under attack.
