A resident of Kapil Vastu CHS at sector 21, Kharghar, Nidhi was the eldest daughter. “Hearing her mother’s cries, neighbours took Nidhi to Navjeevan Hospital where she was declared brought dead,” Mr. Kale said. “We went to her school on Thursday and spoke to her teachers, who confirmed that she had failed in three subjects,” Mr. Kale said. “The note said she could not study any more and hence decided to take her own life,” Mr. Kale said.
