Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday will visit both Assam and West Bengal and will inaugurate a host of development projects in the two poll-bound states. At a programme in Dhekiajuli, Sonitpur district, the ‘Asom Mala’ programme will be launched, which will boost the state’s road infrastructure. From Assam, PM Modi will travel to West Bengal and at around 4.50pm will lay the foundation stone of a few infrastructure projects in Haldia. "Tomorrow evening, I would be in Haldia, West Bengal. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will also be present at the event in Haldia.
