GARDAÍ have arrested a third person as part of their five month investigation into the death of homeless chef Timothy 'Timmy' Hourihane (53). The scale of injuries sustained by Mr Hourihane are consistent with a frenzied and prolonged attack. When they extinguished the blaze, they spotted Mr Hourihane lying unconscious a short distance away. Mr Hourihane was rushed to CUH but was pronounced dead shortly after admission. Mr Hourihane suffered from an alcohol addiction problem which cost him his career as a chef where, in the UK, he had served celebrities including Elton John and Lionel Ritchie.
