The second episode of the final season of Game of Thrones was basically an extension of the first episode. The cliffhanger from the last episode — Jaime Lannister ending up face-to-face with Bran Stark — was resolved almost immediately. Daenerys Targaryen also accused Tyrion Lannister of foolishness for trusting Cersei Lannister before Sansa Stark reminded her she did the same. Jaime Lannister tries to apologise to Bran Stark in Godswood before the Three-Eyed-Raven says he is not Bran. Jon Snow tells Daenerys Targaryen about his Targaryen lineage.
