KUALA LUMPUR (April 11): Software solutions provider Fusionex, which specialises in big data analytics (BDA) and Internet of Things (IoT), today announced it has won a major contract with Galaxy Entertainment Group. Galaxy is a developer and operator of integrated resorts and hotel facilities, such as the Ritz-Carlton, Okura, Banyan Tree and JW Marriot. In a statement today, Fusionex said through a multi-year deal, the company will be helping Galaxy consolidate all its services and facilities under one platform with in-depth analytics. Fusionex vice president KC Wong said Galaxy's decision to transform its business using GIANT will attract digitally savvy global customers. "The flexibility and in depth analytical power of this smart tool will benefit not only Galaxy but the tourism industry on a whole.
