Parmer Paws Animal Outreach volunteers visited the Friona City Council Monday evening to showcase the work that has been done over the past 4+ years. Representatives from Parmer Paws Animal Outreach were invited to give a presentation to highlight the work they have been doing involving animal welfare. Higher tax valuations and an increased tax base allowed for the lower tax rate.
