FORT MCMURRAY, Alta. The suspect, who is a contractor, has been released from custody and is to appear in Fort McMurray provincial court on Sept. 7. — RCMP in Fort McMurray say they have arrested a man suspected of breaking into a safe in a home that was destroyed by the wildfire that ravaged the city. On May 6 Mounties say they arrested and charged a man with break and enter. “Make no mistake, the RCMP will protect this community from harm.”RCMP have made one other arrest in Fort McMurray since the wildfire roared through the area on May 3.
