SHAH ALAM: A foreigner was found trapped on a balcony of a vacant shop-house here, prompting fire fighters to rush to his rescue. "We believe it was done to punish him for not paying his debts to another businessman here," he said. Supt Nek Zaidi said the victim was abducted shortly after he finished his dinner at a nearby restaurant and was brought to the shop lot by his captors. It is not known how long he had been on the ledge before help arrived. The case is being investigated for wrongful confinement under Section 342 of the Penal Code.
