Respondents included employees working for companies with at least 1,000 people, according to Forbes. Public / indirect evaluations given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry. St. Luke’s was the only local employer named to Forbes’ list of Best Employers for New Grads. In August, St. Luke’s was named the top-ranked Lehigh Valley-based employer in Forbes’ ranking of employers in Pennsylvania and also was named by Forbes Magazine as one of America’s Best Employers for Women.
