Pre-trial proceedings for murder suspect John Keyler will likely continue into late November and early December before formal trial dates are set. Keyler appeared briefly by video for a continuation of his pre-trial conference in Fort St. John Supreme Court on Monday as Crown prosecutors and defence lawyers prepare for a trial. Keyler was arrested at the end of July 2020 after a two-week investigation into the disappearance of Sarah Foord from her home in Taylor. RCMP said Foord’s remains were found in a remote location 75 kilometres north of Fort St. John. Pre-trial proceedings will resume in early September.
