The chief of Łutsel K'e Dene First Nation says the N.W.T. The First Nation has been asking for an apology for what it calls a " forceful invasion " of a cultural camp on Artillery Lake, four years ago. Marlowe says the First Nation and the territorial government were making a plan in 2024, for an apology to be delivered in Łutsel K'e. government properly consulting Łutsel K'e first. CBC News has previously asked the territory why Łutsel K'e Dene First Nation was not part of that agreement.
